Seven Scoops & Sips is a labor of love started by Anne & Ryan Olohan and their seven children.
Since moving to Montville, NJ almost 13 years ago, Anne's vision has always been to open a special place for everyone in the community to have fun, bond, and get to know their neighbors better.
Seven Scoops is much more than simply delicious ice cream, tasty acai bowls, or the finest coffee. Seven Scoops is about community; a place where all are welcome and everyone is family.
A graduate of Barnard College at Columbia University, Anne worked for ten years in consulting and technology at Hewitt Associates (where she met Ryan) and Gartner Group. She then took a break from office work to raise seven children and now has started the third chapter of her fascinating story.
When not scooping ice cream and sweeping the floor (his specialty), Ryan works at Google in New York City as the Managing Director of Healthcare.
Anna Cate, William, Jack, Finn, Braden, Ryan Jr. & Tess spend their free time when not at Seven Scoops or school playing soccer, basketball, and baseball... but their greatest love is performing in their family band, O7.
